Art punk find of the day: this 1978 EP from Big In Japan. The whole record is so catchy, from the delightfully doo-wop "Cindy and the Barbi Dolls," to the amazing guitars on "Taxi" that fade out and let the bassline and muted vocals take over. Vocals sound like a combination of The Slits and Siouxsie & the Banshees*, which is never a bad thing.
*Budgie of Big in Japan actually worked with both Siouxsie & the Banshees and the Slits (he played bass on the album
